The 2012 Christmas is fast approaching and when thinking about Christmas, what recurred to our mind are the eye-catching Christmas tree, beautiful Christmas carols, and the secret Santa who slide the sled to fill in children’s socks with gifts. All these will all together make people cheerful. Enjoy In the cheerful Christmas, how can you miss enjoying some interesting Christmas themed movies with family? In fact best-reviewed Christmas movies can easily boost the cheerful atmosphere. And many of these wonderful tales, you can watch over and over again.
I've put together a list of the top 5 Christmas movies of all time. Spanning over several decades from older classics to newer gems, hope you will enjoy!

Top 1: Random Acts of Christmas (2012)
                  
Random Acts of Christmas is a family friendly Independent Christmas movie began production March 6, 2012 in Wheeling, W.V. Described as an uplifting drama that focuses on one family’s struggles to get their life back and the lesson learned through simple acts of kindness.

Top 2: The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
                  
The Nightmare Before Christmas is a 1993 American stop motion musical fantasy horror film directed by Henry Selick and produced/co-written by Tim Burton. It tells the story of Jack Skellington, a being from "Halloween Town" who opens a portal to "Christmas Town" and decides to celebrate the holiday. Who knew sleigh bells and ghoulish shrunken heads went so well together? In 1993, with full of twisted characters and stunning imagery, Tim Burton certainly didn't disappoint with this sweet tale of Halloween meets Christmas.

Top 4: Home Alone (1990)
                   
The film stars Macaulay Culkin as Kevin McCallister, an eight-year-old boy, who is mistakenly left behind when his family flies to Paris for their Christmas vacation. While initially relishing time by himself, he is later greeted by two would-be burglars played by Daniel Stern and Joe Pesci. Using smarts, wit, and a few crafty traps, he manages to ward off the burglars and reunite with his family just in time for the holiday. Any movie that reigns the box office for 12 weeks straight is bound to become a classic.

Top 3: National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989)
                        
Ah…, family Christmas! In this laugh-out-loud movie from 1989, Clark Griswold (played by Chevy Chase) is obsessed with making everything go perfectly during the holiday season, but as soon as everyone arrives, things start going haywire. His dead-beat brother shows up and parks his RV in the driveway... and the cat gets electrocuted by the Christmas tree. After all, it's not Christmas without a little drama, right? Since its release, it has received critical acclaim and is often considered a modern Christmas classic, it is highly recommended here!

Top 5: White Christmas (1954)
                 
Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye are charming in this old-fashioned classic from 1954. The actors play World War II vets who fall in love with two sisters; they go on to become an entertainment duo who make it big as producers of a hit Broadway show.
